Ripoff! Owings Mill Maryland

I received a letter stating that my pphotograph would be incuded in the Decemeber issue of "Endless Journeys". When I did not receive the book which I purchased for $75.00 I called and was told that the book would not be pubished until April. I have seen on this and other websites that this is all a ripoff. They ought to be ashamed.
