I feel fortunate not to have lost the amounts listed on this site, however I feel compelled to make a complaint on the grounds of the sheer lack of integrity that Banc de Binary has.

On depositing my £250, which by the way happened in seconds, I had a senior broker called Alexandra Bailey ring me up to extract £5K. I didn't appreciate the hard sell; this made me want to hold on to my money even more. I explained that I had no intention of depositing any more money until I knew my trading strategy worked. She seemed fine with that and I was told that I would have access to the demo account, and that in the event that I decided not to proceed with using my money I would get ALL of the £250 back.

At the point I was ready to trade I encountered several problems with the live trading platform which were never resolved by Alexandra. I had had enough of being ignored by her that I decided it was time to request a refund. As soon as I requested the refund, the live trading platform worked absolutely fine, however I was at this point beginning to feel suspicious of these crooks.

The £250 refund was a bare faced lie, as I discovered in a live chat that any withdrawals without having placed a trade were subject to a 7% handling fee, however I could avoid the charge by placing a £1 trade. Naturally, this would have been better than giving away £18 pounds, so i geared myself up for this £1 trade, only to find that without my knowing and consent, they had decided to issue my refund with the 7% charge, therefore losing £18.00. I closed the account down straight away.

Banc de Binary are liars and crooks - it's a shame not many people will get to realise this and lose their hard earned money in the process.
