Have not rec'd product so therefore, how could I do a free 4.99 trial made two call, they would do nothing, 3rd call they will refund 80.00 but I do not trust them and will not give them anymore of my banking information. I just want a refund to put an end to this annoying situation. From what I read it does not look promising, would appreciate any help in refunding my monies.
