I received a random transaction from Moneybookers London on 09/12 that shows pending processing. BOA declined the second attempt & froze my debit card. Beware of this company! They will try a false transaction under a false name for zero money to test the card, then will put this obscure amount thru, most likely assuming we won't notice...
