I recive a letter from a company ANC It said I have won 0000 dollers but all I am reciveing is more paper say that if I send it back to them and they allway ask for 15.00 for something. They ask if I want It in one payment or payment over the next 30 years. Now I have look in to this more I know now this is a skam and I will be apart this any longer. Is there some way that someone can stop this. This is not right to do to pepole.
