Beef Merlot Meal Contained Two Hard Bean Stems

We enjoy Healthy Choice meals but were disappointed in a recent Beef Merlot. It contained 2 hard bean stems that could not be chewed. We plan to continue purchasing Healthy Choice and hope this will not occur again. Thank you.
