How cricket sells faulty equipment and dont care about customer satasfaction

Bought a zte groove from cricket when i first started service april, 26th 2013 had problems one after another with it then traded it for another zte groove had problems with it finally on may, 26th 2013 traded it for a htc desire c which i had problems with too went through 4 phones and when my system kept crashing on my last one my 30 days was over had to spend $102 dollars for the samsung galaxy discover money i really didnt have well had problems with it freezing went to cricket got a brand new phone then it was acting carzy went back to cricket to fix the problem then now my headphone jack on this one dont work and it keeps knocking me out of my games and gotta go to the store again to fix this problem the correrpate store hope i can get something done about all of my problems cause 1800cricket dont care.
