I adivised this company that my laptop and personal information was stolen and that i am currently under a bankruptcy and i did not authorize this company to monitor my credit, hense the bankruptcy i know where my credit is, and the assoiciate had no empathy in regards to the fact that my computer was hacked and this charge was fraud. The representative just stated that this is valid since we have all the information and again i said of course you will have the information my laptop was stolen and hacked into the rep had no concern or care to anything that i said she followed her script and that was it i am in customer service
