I booked for my theory on this site and never received an email and after a week of no further information I decided to call the super expensive number to find out. The first time it rang an automated voice said there was no one available to answer the call an to phone later. I tried again straight away and this time a moody man answered and told me I had to wait 7-10 working days. It is now day 12 and I STILL have no information where my money has gone! So close to getting a car and becoming independent on the road, I cannot believe this site is still up and running and stealing everyone's money. I rang again today to get background music then within 10 seconds it stops and nothing happens. I am getting my bank to look into this now.
