I searched Google for a piece of a document in quotations and course hero's doc popped up in my Google feed it asked me to pay 7.95 monthly to sign up, I thought great that's cheap! Apparently it signed me up for 95.40, I checked to see if the document was accessible and received an error notice that it didn't exist. I clicked another doc to see if it worked and same thing! I called the company’s number and spoke to someone who would be willing to only charge me 19.95 for the one-month membership; because they needed to charge me some (petty) fee because it showed that I "viewed" a document. She also said that their terms are on the website however, when I signed up there was no agree/disagree button to click. Thanks for not being upfront with me. I want nothing to do with a service that simply wants to eat your money and not provide you with what was advertised. False advertising crooks, that don't maintain their own sites content are lazy, immoral, ineffective businessmen. Also, the company might as well remain themselves to (Inappropriate Content Removed)
because that’s how they conduct business.
