This is actually not a complaint but I have had a loan with this company a few times and all the complaints on this website are because of people not reading things before they agree to them. All the "problems" they have had with this company were clearly stated in the email correspondence I received. This company was easy to work with and wouldn't have complaints if people would read the terms and conditions
