I trialled the product and decided to give it longer for result. Direct debits were being taken out of my bank for this period of time. However, after quite some time it was not working the way the company said it would, and so I tried to find a contact number or email to use to contact them to cancel. Emails bounced back. Could not find any other numbers or contact details. Tried sending the products back with note to say "Please cancel. Don't want either product anymore" Package was sent back to me. Direct Debits have been taken out to this day. I am at a loss to know what to do to get this problem solved. Does anyone have a suggestion as I am loosing money on a product that is not as good as what the manufacturer says it is and I can't afford to be loosing so much money monthly out of my account. These companies are a scam alright and something needs to be done about it, by someone in authority.
