I ordered a necklace from Imosh on Aug 8th and was promptly charged for my item a day later i received an email saying my item was back ordered and it would take two weeks to ship. Over a month later I have yet to receive my item. Ive called and emailed them several times with zero response. I am now seeking to file a formal complaint through my bank. Ive ordered from this site before with no problems. I dont know what could have changed to make this happen
