I called Choice Home Warranty in July because my stove top made a loud pop when I turned on the burner. It blew my GFI plugs. They sent an electrician who checked every thing out & replaced the breaker. The technician they sent to fix the stove top left it in worse shape than it was before he came. The flame on the burners do not adjust no matter which position they are turned to and one burner only burns on one side. The technician says that 2 broken knobs are the issue. I have taken the good knobs and used them on all the burners... Still no adjustment. I have spoken with 3 different repair companies and told them what the technician says about the knobs. They say it is a gas-flow issue. I have had 3 Choice Home Warranty representatives say they will speak with their supervisors and get back with me. I am still waiting. I believe this is a scam operation. They take your premiums but don't provide the service they promise.
