On 7 August a pop-up on my computer offered an anti-wrinkle serum trial sample for £4.95 - which I accepted. On 22nd August my credit card company called me regarding a charge of £87 made by Juvesiio. I confirmed I knew nothing of the order and payment was declined. On checking my bill I see that a charge of £87 had been made on the 26th August. This was the first I knew of this. I also received an email from Juvesiio warning me that "customers who file chargebacks with their credit card company or bank can be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. As a result, these customers could have a delinquent account reported on their credit report that will remain for up to seven (7) years". I called Juvesiio on their 24/7 Customer Care Center Helpline at 44 (0) 800 078 6063. To be told I hadn't cancelled the order within 14 days. I am enraged, surely this type of activity should be regarded as a scam and should be illegal! Anybody got any advice/contact details.
