My wife and I are senior citizens. We saw these offers for free samples of anti aging products so we sent for them and authorized paymen of the freight charges of approx $10.00 for two ordres Aug. 9th and Aug. 20th.
We were shocked when we received our bank statement and saw that we had been charged the full amount of the product (which did not infact diminish our wrinklesI obtained their phone number through Mastercard and called them only to be kept hanging on for forty minutes before the phone was answered by a very Glib customer service rep. Who told me that I had to pay the full amount because I had not called them before thirty days-which by my reckoningis just about now.
I believe this company is running a scam and we would like to be reimbursed.
