I bought a goophone 5 on 6/5 returned item on 23/5 as item not working... Was advised to send item back via normal air mail... They agreed to replace the phone... As yet they are saying that they still havnt got the returned phone and I am still without money and a phone. My daughter saved up a long time to buy this phone and we helped her towards it... I cannot believe that people like this are allowed to still trade?
