They boast of a revolutionary home hair cutting/styling system. They boast of the creator's credentials of years in the salon industry and professionality. They have upgrade shipping options in registered and tracked services, however no matter which you choose you will not receive what you purchased, in fact you will not receive anything.
This has happened to me, and many other customers. No matter which email address you send messages to you will receive no response. If you complain on facebook, your comments will be removed and you will be banned from posting on their page again. There are some comments on their youtube videos about the scam, but they will no doubt eventually delete those to.
Your only chance or refund is if you paid through paypal and file a claim within the 90 days of payment, otherwise Freestyla don't want to hear from you, and will ignore all correspondence.
If there is a genuine reason why they can't fulfil orders, you would expect them to remove the express shipping options that you pay for, or at the very least expect them to inform customers of the problem with estimations of when it will be resolved, but instead in any and every case all you get is silence while customer's money fills up their account.
