Company state 14day free trial, then take out money from your account. This was despite me contacting them as I had not had the product 14days, they then credited my bank and a couple of days later I was advised by my Diabetes Clinician to immediately stop taking these tablets, as it may affect my blood sugar levels and cause problems with my health. I informed them of this and cancelled the contract by contacting them via their "contact us" facility on their website as there was no answer from their telephone number on the website. Yesterday we had a further unauthorised debit from our account, which I contacted my VISA co to reverse, and today I received further supplies by tracked mail. I am now returning them un-opened (by tracked mail also) and sending a further letter, along with a copy of the details on Scambook. Not sure if this will be sufficient or if we will need to cancel our debit card and ask to be issued with a new one to stop this once and for all.
