For all of you who have LOST MONEY... FIGHT IT!!! File a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. It took some of my valuable time, but after filing the 2nd complaint with them (they will respond to the BBB the first complaint and say they are issuing the refund. They won't, so file again!), I DID get my FULL REFUND. They count on ppl getting mad, angry, threatening, and then walking away, while YOUR money is still in THEIR pocket. The "customer service" ppl are just paid call center employees who are given a script. They just spend their entire day fielding all of the calls from ripped off ppl and giving them a line of bull. IF EVERY SINGLE PERSON WOULD FIGHT THEM WITH THE BBB WE WOULD PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

SO - go find your old order numbers, and file your complaint!!!
DO NOT EVER, AND I MEAN EVER, use this "company." The only "company" that really exists is a fraudulent money scheme company. It is a complete and utter SCAM.
