Later entered a verbal contract to expand an existing closet (labor $500 and homeowner paid for major materials-wood, wiring...). Total Mancell Blount received $1200 for partially completed drywall/closet, ceiling and wall paint incomplete, no carpet or padding, tile pad incomplete, trash left outside blocking rain drainage, he ceased work on 8.29 failing to satisfy contract.intimidation tactics employed toward me. Carpet business confirmed Mancel Blount never purchased carpet I entrusted money to him to purchase and he lied about having purchased the carpet.
