Hi I ordered a trial of the Lorelia/Alore
anti-wrinkle serum/cream on 08/04. I was told my shipment would arrive in 2-4 days by Canada Post. It was 10 days later and still no package. I wasn't given a tracking number for my shipment.By day 12 and 3 unanswered phone calls I called back and thought I had cancelled my order using the telephone number I originally provided. To my surprise my account was debited $102.80 by Lorelia and $100.14 by Alore on 08/19. I was very upset and called Lorelia and actually spoke to a lady named Meredith B. She was very rude as I explained everything to her that I had not received my samples or a full order that I was charged for and I demanded my money back. Meredith informed me that I had a legal binding document and they were going to continue to take funds from my account.By this time I had in fact informed my bank of the situation and they completed an investigation and I will not be getting my money back and I still have nothing to shoe for over $200 for the actual product and $5.99 x2 for the original shipment!!!
