1. CLAIM to ship DVD's out via First Class Mail. They are located in Florida, I am in Calif. I placed my order on Aug. 15 and didn't receive it until Sept. 3rd! (19 days to get a First Class shipped order? That's insane!)

2. They sent me a USED DVD! No where on their site does it state that they sell USED merchandise! I bought this as a gift and now I have to gift a USED item! They even mislead you on their 'limited info website' with a link you click that's titled 'NEW' and it takes you to their avail. Dvd's. Since NOTHING states these DVD's are USED, and you clicked on the NEW button, you of course are under the assumption they sell NEW DVD's!

SCAMMING COMPANY... VERY DECEITFUL way of doing business!!
