The ad for a free trial came out on Facebook so I signed up for it and it turns out, it's not free because at the end of it if you opt out of the auto-subscription, you have to pay for your 'free trial'. So it is not free at all. I did some digging around for a number to call, I came across a similar complaint and the number to ring to cancel your subscription is Healthy Essentials Ltd site (The name of the company) telephone number 0845 528 1163 (24 hours). I am not getting my shipping fee back and that's the price to pay for falling for this scam!
