Email harassment - customer dissatisfaction

CVS forces employees to demand email addresses from customers at the cash registers. If the employees do not achieve a certain number of email addresses, they are documented by their store managers. This is insulting to the customer and demeaning to the employees. Threatened with loss of their jobs, they are persistent with email requests.
