I did not receive my order either my money back

I made a purchase for $126 on August 11 they sent me a confirmation email and took my money right away. I sent them many emails and they never reply to me. I called them they say to me that the courier company did not find anybody at my place and send the merchandise back but they did not receive yet. It is a lie because always there is someone and if that were the case I did not receive any note from the courier and they always left a note.
I called the company again they say please give me your number I just call you back, they never did.
I need my back money and I want to forget the incident but I never buy anything from them.
