The first call I received was on my cell phone on Sept 2. Today I received a call at my place of employment telling me that I am listed as the respondent on a litigation and that their job is to collect the money due. The amount due is $1,600.00 and if not collected I will have to appear in court. He first asked me if I had been served because a subpoena should have been served on me at my place of employment. I have not. This is the first I have heard of this debt. He said it was to Payday Loans & More, which I have never heard of. I told him that I would not be able to assist him in fulfilling his job description because I have no idea what he's talking about. He said "Thank you." and hung the phone up.
