I ordered 3 items last month in separate days. A ring S$159, necklaceS$179, and another ring S$599. After 10days i got a confirmation with my first order that it has been shipped i was happy and excited and the items arrived after another 10 days. But my second and 3rd orders i haven't received any e mail confirming of shipment so, i got worried a bit started reading reviews about the company and walla! Found out all the complaints! I tried to call the number they gave me in their e mail but i had this horrible experience just calling that number. At first nobody is picking up, i tried for a few times and then it went to voicemail. After an hour my home phone rung (sadly i don't have IDD) i answered the phone and there is this lady shouting at me not to call her number. I am so mad, i dialed the same number again and it's being answered by a mean mean lady. I am so angry don't know what to do. Please advise. I've used paypal and direct credit card used on my purchased.
