I was told I would receive a FREE starter kit all i have to do is pay the $4.95 shipping and handling.
It arrived in 3 days with a letter saying I will be billed again now that I received it! I called to find out what's going on because I was told it was free when I pay the shipping. Now I am told after submitting my credit card info that I will be billed an additional$145.00 that I DO NOT consent to. I feel very deceived and scammed. Please help!
