This unknown # called me and said there was a restraining order against me for a CLASS ACTION SUIT and said I had to make a court apearance for an unpaid account balance on a WellsFargo Masterard balance $1,751.18 from a card I never had. They went on to tell me my bank accounts will be sceized! They gave me a case number CLU5-1872. I told them I never had such an account and told them to go ahead and sue me!
