Roof never repaired after tornado!

The last week of June first week of July a tornado came thru Findlay, OH. We were without power for over a week and most of our neighbors homes had damage including mine. As of today, theirs have all been fixed and paid for by their insurance companies. We have not heard a peep from American Commerce about our roof. They did send an adjuster to review the damage and take several of the shingles with him to see if they could be matched back in September. None of our calls or emails have been returned. We just want our roof fixed and they need to take care of this before there any leaks! They are paid thru an escrow account at HSBC Bank USA so there should be no problems.
