I was looking around for a loan, but I got flooded with loan applications and started deleting loan company emails. I realized that $200 had been deosited into my account without me applying or signing anything, or even requesting that specific amount. When I called the number on the amount and complained that this had all been done without my consent, Hydra Financial told me that that since I had not contacted and turned down their offer within 48 hours that I had given my consent. This company is a complete predatory loan scam operation. They charge over 700% in interest, which no sane person would ever agree to, and they keep charging refinance fees every month. Their listed "customer service" number and fax number are no longer working and there is no address listed on the one correspondence that I received from them. I am very upset about this situation. I really need help in dealing with this bogus predatory loan company, and I need to know how to proceed, as I have been completely unable to contact them to even find out what actual amount is owed.
