I ordered a tablet thru this company. I was told it would be shipped out in 2 to 3 business days. I finally recieved it on august 19th. I used the tablet for two days and after that... It will not power up. I called customer service to see how to return for a refund. The usps said i cant ship it to hong kong under the terms they told me i had to. When i called customer service back today... The man who answered the phone told me to F& OFF. I want nothing to do with this co. I just want my paypal acct refunded the money and i want them to have their item back.
