I ordered a product sample online for $4.99 that was supposed to be the cost of shipping a 14 days free trial that I never received. Around 2 weeks later, a charge of $74.98 showed up on my credit card.
I tried to call the customer service number mentioned on the website but there was no answer. The website does not even have a contact email address for me to tack the sample shipment or ask for a refund.
