They have had a disconnected number for 2 weeks! Per our contract there are set dates which the finance charge is to be deducted and has not. I received an email that they are having technical issues and to leave a phone number where someone can call from their credit card department to honor my charge. Isnt this a breach of contract? I'm trying to honestly pay my loan and getting a run around... I am going to call my back to block any transactions. This is too shady for me.
