I was driving on Concord Rd in Aston, Pa. 19014. I was by Newman college and the white lines had been painted but no signs where in sight. The left side of my car and wheel undercarriage are now white with paint. The bottom of my car has white paint all over the bottom. What was Pendot doing painting in the morning and giving no warning to drivers. I want Pendot to pay for the repair of my car.
