I was never fully appraised by my coach or the company as to the actual money back guarantee. He told me I need to do 30 lessons into the 100 lesson program. Today I found out from the company says I must do all 100 lessons with a 110 day span (we can only do only 1 lesson per day). They do not take into account the possibility that there may be some days (such as vacation) where I could not get to a computer. I do not take my computer on trips, because of the risk involved. Hopefully, you will be able to resolve this matter in a timely manner.
