I am getting emails from this company saying that I owe them $795.00. I have never done business with this company. They are threatening to contact the FBI and taking me to 'court house' where if I am found guilty it will cost me over $4,000. I received this email a while back from another company as well and when I contacted the company they said they were representing they had never heard of me or had record of doing business with me. This company/these people need to be dealt with as they can cause some serious mental harm to someone who just believes what they are saying. My sister received a call saying that she would be taken to court as well. She responded by saying that if she was listed on something like this it would have been as a contact not as a guaranteer, they quickly hung up the phone.
