I sent in a bag of clothing woman's and girls. They stole all of the girls clothes. I sent GAP, Roxy girl and Jack and Jill. After waiting two months for them to process my bag I was shocked when I went online and found I received no credit for any of the girls.initially I got no answer to my email. After THREE emails I finally got a list of all the clothes "rejected" long with reasons why. Not one of the pictures reflected the reason. There were no stains or holes. They also denied a couple of items for animal hair, my daughter has asthma and can't even be next to animal hair. This place stole from me, I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down. I have used Treadflip they are great. I will do all future business with them.
