A Phone Call from this company led us to believe we could take part in a promotional holiday in Orlando Florida and a 3/4 day cruise out to the Bahamas. Sounded good to us as we are travelers. Terms and conditions were mentioned, but when asked for a copy by Email said they would send them after we had paid up front, Credit card no less, so we went ahead with their process.
Received email response a week later, meanwhile a search on the internet led us to believe that this phone marketing company were scamming people all over the world. No mention at any time while on the phone that we could ask or claim our money back.in our country we have 30 days to get a full refund. We have no confidence in this company so will not fork out anymore money for upgrades and extras as suggested in a later communication with them.
