I was looking for a website just to watch videos so when i chanced upon this webstite.
I signed up for the FREE trial thinking that i would not be charged but i was WRONG! I had created this acc with them on 17/7 but in aug on the 22nd, i noticed that my bank was short of $63 so i called up DBS to check what that amount was for and the CSO who attended to me stated that the payment was made to vidzstar. I went to vidzstar's website and tried to make cancellations of the membership that i had "mysteriously" signed up for but the website kept prompting me that i did not fill in the particulars correctly when i really did. I suspect that they are a scamming company because their webpage also appears to be faulty and no ammendments could even be made at all. I have sent emails to their support team but no replies yet. Their customer svc hotline 1800 282 9179 is also not a registered no. As when i called, the no. Was not in use. They are seriously too much, i just want to get my money back and stop them from deducting money from my bank.
