Sent for a sample, called immediately to cancel any automatic enrolment in program, was assured I would receive nothing nor any billing in future from the company, but instead they billed me and when I called to complain said there was 'no note' that I had called to cancel. And no refund policy. Pointed out this was not a refund but a fraud at worst and incompetence and best. After long and heated conversation they agreed to refund 50%. Now going after the rest of it.
