Paid postage for 'free trial'. Order placed 7/25. Product arrived 8/01. Read paperwork and called to cancel further order. Checked bank statement 8/13. Two amounts of £70 approx., taken from a/c. Called and told refund due. (No product arrived). Received email stating I hadn't conformed to t&c's, ie not within 14 days of order placement and half price refund offered. Declined.
