I ordered this product in June and have not received it yet. I have sent about 10 Emails to customer service with no answer. I finally called their Customer Care Team and got hold of a person one time. He was sorry but the bad weather was causing the problem so he said he would mail it that same day. That was 2 weeks again and still nothing. I believe this Company is a RIPOFF.
