Sir I have received defective, not working product.
Sir I have paid Rs. 1950/- for Mini Sewing Machine, which I have purchased from them, which is not working at all since I have received it.
I have called many many times regarding the same, that my product - mini sewing machine is not working and also is in defective broken condition, but they never took this matter seriously. I also mailed about the same to them on their provide email address on the website, but they never replied to it. Moreover when they came to know about my problem they simply cut off my calls or even not attending my calls. My matter remain unsolved. Nor does they replace the product nor they are refunding me. Sir they provide fake, fraud and misguiding false information to the customers about the products and they have no sense and respect regarding how to deal with the customers on phone. They are so rude, they misbehaved and in the end they disconnect the calls without informing and providing with the needed information to us. They are even not attending the phone calls after so many efforts. They talked very rudely, the staff over there is really very irresponsible staff. They are even not having proper information about the products. Sir please help me, I am very fed up with them. Please took strict action against them, as i have seen many complaints against them on the internet too (on grahak seva & consumer complaints forum too). They will continue harass people if nothing has been done against them. Please help me by replacing or by refunding for the defective product that I have received by them. Please take strict action against them, so that hard earned money of the innocent people can be saved and they got the lesson.
