Miscellaneous

I received an email from what I thought was USPS job opening and continued to apply for a position. The website then asked me to pay either $70 or $25 for 3 months to help me prepare for the exam not knowing it was not affiliated with USPS. I continued with the $25 for 3 months plan hoping that I would be able to turn in my application right away. After finding out that this program was not needed to apply, I then tried to cancel the program because I decided not to pursue any positions at USPS, therefore I have no use for the program. The agent helping me, TODD, refused to give me a refund and kept repeating that it will help me achieve a high score on the exam and just kept repeating the same rebuttal over and over. No help and would not refund my money. Now I will have my bank cancel the transaction. PostalJobPlacement.com is a completely misleading website to act as if you need it to actually apply at USPS.
