I applied online for a payday loan. I recv'd a call from 740.422.5429 sean davidson, said i was approved for $1000 loan. I provided copy of bank statement, proof of income, copy of my drivers license, and signed a contract that was emailed to me from Jerry Norris at americaspaydayloans@gmail.com I printed and signed the contract and returned via my email address along w / the above listed documentation. I was tehn told by sean davidson i needed to purchase a cardstock netspend card and load $210.00 cash to the card to prove i was worthy of making the first payment due in September. I went and made this purchase and loaded the money to the card. Called sean back and gave him the card number from the back of the card. He said this was just to verify the balance loaded to the card and the money would be available for use immediately after the verification was made. He proceeded to tell me the loan would be deposited to my bank acct w/in an hour. 3 hrs later i still did not have the money. I continued to call getting no answer. I finally rec'vd a call back a little after 5pm from a joesph brown who explained this so called process to me and said the credit bureau wouldn't authorize them to make the transaction and that a hold had been placed on my money. Joseph went on to tell me that his company would be sending me a check via fed ex w/in 24hrs. Said the check would be for $210 plus $3.95 cost to purchase the card and $20 for unapproved loan status. I tried reaching sean and joseph several times today w / no success and so i called fed ex and they were not able to verify a delivery under my name or address. I am now making this complaint b/c idk what else to do. I am currently not working and can not afford the loss of this money.
