I applied for an unsecured loan they took and initial £1 from my card and never sent paper work through that would enable me to cancel so are in the process of taking a further £69.00 from my account. I have called and got told cancellation had to be done online however there's no way of even logging in to ur account due to a system upgrade passwords have been changed!!! Not happy and would like these crooks stopped please help?!
