I am interested in warning would be clients about the dubious nature of arabicpod101.com. Not about recovering money.
I ordered a series of mp3 pods to be down loaded and knew that the course would automatically continue after 6 months because I chose that arrangement. However, for technical or some reason these downloads could not be realised. I immediately sent emails to their support support@arabicpod101.com. At first they replied and suggested various possible faults, but as this did not resolve the situation I pointed out that they shoud refund my subscription in accord with their guarantee.
After this I did not get any more emails and was informed that the emails I was sending were being spammed.
I now thought that there was a danger that after 6 months they would take more money from my account and informed my bank about the problem. The bank said they would keep the account monitored so that no more payments would be made. However, on the 1st August I received an email and another payment was taken from my account. However, the bank had promised that I would not have to pay and repaid the money into my account. I have tried to report this company before but never found a means of doing it.
