I responded to an internet advert for dietary supplements samples at a cost of $20.00 in June. I then found that they had deducted $121.68 from my credit card account. I mailed them and only received their standard mail response, I eventually rang the telephone number for "European customer service" and found that I was talking to a guy called Jefferson in Phoenix Arizona! He issued a Refunded Order Notification for $60.84 (I received this by mail) and stated that it would be credited to my account, that was on August 6th and surprise surprise no money forthcoming. He also agreed that they would not take any further monies from my credit card, this was obviously a blatant lie because they took another $121.68 on the day we were talking! I have sent numerous mails but obviously will not get a response from this company.
